Shipping Policy
We take pride in offering reliable shipping services to our clients and provide options to which they deem preferable. Our preferred shipping courier is EMS/Royal mail; however, we also ship items via DHL for faster shipping should the client choose this shipping option.
For pre-orders, the general wait time is 2 weeks until shipment and can enjoy a discounted express shipment via DHL. For details, please reach out to us via Instagram message.
Should you want us to ship your item via DHL, after checkout, please send us a message on the website or on our official Instagram page, @yume.vintage_. This will incur additional charges on the item depending on the volume of the package.
Please also note that the shipping will be different depends on the whereabout of the item you purchased as we are based in Tokyo and London. Most of our item will be stock in London, but pre-order might be shipped from Tokyo.

Shipped from Tokyo
- Free shipment within Japan – Next day delivery.
- EMS - 5 days to 2 weeks once item has been taken by the courier.
- DHL - 2 days to 1 week once item has been taken by the courier.
Shipped from London
- Free Royal mail standard - 2/4 days within the UK.
- Royal mail Next day 24hour within the UK - upon request and with additional cost.
- Royal mail international track and signed - Europe is 3-5 working days. For destinations outside Europe, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- DHL - 2 days to 1 week once item has been taken by the courier.
Please be informed that we require at least 2-3 days business days for processing before shipping. We are a small business, please allow time for your item to be packed & shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after a shipment is marked as delivered. For assistance in such cases, please contact the courier directly.
To prevent any form of fraud, we take comprehensive videos and pictures of the item before, during, and after packaging, as well as at the point of drop-off. This documentation ensures the integrity of the process and provides proof of the item's condition prior to shipment.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the unique nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store. Once an order is placed and payment is secured, it cannot be canceled.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, detailed images, and thorough information about the condition of our products. However, we recognize that perceptions of condition can vary. If you have any questions or concerns about an item before purchasing, please contact us through Instagram DM or our website. We recommend requesting additional photos, videos, or more detailed descriptions to ensure you are fully informed about the item's condition. Our team is always ready to assist with your inquiries.
In the unlikely event that an item purchased from our store is verified as inauthentic by a reputable authenticator, you have 10 days to return the item to us at your expense for a full refund. We will reimburse the full amount of your original purchase.
